Terms of Service

1. The service

KOOLriculum provides standards-aligned educational songs, videos, lyrics, flashcards, quizzes and progress tracking for students, teachers and schools.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. School and classroom administrators are responsible for the student accounts they create.

Students under 13 may only use KOOLriculum through an account set up by their school, teacher or parent/guardian.

3. Subscriptions and plans

Plans (Full School Site License, Classroom, Individual and Free Trial) include the limits described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free trials end automatically after 15 days. Accounts set up through a purchase order follow the terms of that order.

4. Acceptable use

Content is licensed for educational use by your subscribers only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast or upload KOOLriculum songs, videos or lyrics elsewhere.

You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access other users' data, or disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual property

All songs, recordings, videos, lyrics, artwork and study materials are owned by KOOLriculum or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” While designed to support learning, we do not guarantee specific grades or test results. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
