Because KOOLriculum offers a free 15-day trial so you can fully explore the service before paying, all purchases are final.
1. All sales are final
Payments for the Full School Site License, Classroom Subscription and Individual plans (annual or monthly) are non-refundable, including partially used terms.
2. Try before you buy
Every new user can start a free 15-day trial with the same features as an Individual plan. We encourage you to use it before purchasing.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; no prorated refunds are given.
4. Purchase orders
Accounts set up by purchase order are billed according to that order and are also non-refundable once activated.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 30 days and we will correct it.
