Now, an amendment is really used for two things

Read the adding’s and rules to make a new changes

The first amendment to the U.S. was the Bill of Rights

And that was ratified in 1791

And truth be told this is really all where it begun

Let’s get it started time to tell you how to make one

To make amendments see it only takes two steps

And that’s proposal then ratification

Yeah all together we have a total of 27
