Alright class, so today I want to teach you a very important trick 

This method is something you are going to use for the rest of your life  

Come on… counting by 100 

Im counting by 100s, Im counting by 100s 

Man I am counting by 100s 

When you counting by 100s you gotta know the trick 

Distracted by the size I promise you can handle this 

See there is always a pattern you just gotta find it 

So you can be successful no matter what’s the assignment 

Oh let’s break it down 

You got the first digit if you’re adding a 100 

Then just add the firs digit 

100+100 well then that equals 200 

200+ another 100 well that equals 300 

So all you’re really doing is adding the first digits 

1, 2, and 3 there’s a pattern within it 

Just add that first digit and a couple zeros 

And when you show your friends they’ll probably call you a hero 

Come on… counting by 100
