Once your purchase is completed, you will be sent an email with your personal login access link. This will be your specific login link, so keep this and use it when it is time for you to access the Koolriculum songs and materials. Once the payment is received, the access will be available and will auto-renew every days. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at
info@koolriculum.com. Cancelations will result in access being available throughout the initial or current payment period, and once that term is completed, no further charges will be assessed. If an actual refund is requested within 5 days of the initiation or renewal of the subscription, a full refund will be processed. On day 6 and beyond, a prorated refund amount will be provided, unless there are any extenuating circumstances that would warrant a full refund. Just let us know, and we will work that out with you. For any refunds, please allow 5-7 business days for those to be processed.
